19six Architects was hired to develop a new program emphasis to support global dairy products market growth and innovation. The facility focuses on four primary areas: research, outreach, promotion, and manufacturing. New services include analytical testing, product development, evaluation of ingredients, and manufacturing. The expanded program also features new lecture halls, walk-in coolers, a physical and life sciences lab, physical properties lab, wet chemistry lab, dairy applications lab, analytical chemistry lab, and molecular biology lab.
